Connection,
the council's quarterly newsletter, is published to keep Girl
Scout members and friends abreast of events, activities and
other noteworthy information. Articles and photograph submissions
are always welcome and should be sent to Jen Barclay at barclayj@congaree.org. Training Guide
is a complete listing of all council-wide adult training opportunities
for adult volunteers. It is published once per year as a supplement
to Pathways. Download
the 2006-2007 Training Guide GuidePost
provides adult volunteers with policies, procedures and other
council information. It is published once per year. GSUSA publishes a book called the Blue Book of Basic Documents which gives basic information about governance, administration, and positions of Girl Scouts. It is very helpful for leaders. Click here to view the 2006 Blue Book. Summer
Adventures
is a fun and inviting publication which provides information
about summer resident and day camps. It is distributed once
a year to all girls. Download the 2006 Camp Registration Form here. The Annual Report presents a summary of the council’s revenue, expenditures
and gifts, and also highlights major events and achievements
that occurred during the fiscal and membership year. The
Annual Report is distributed to donors, board members and
