are so many different opportunities just waiting for kids today,
and Girl Scouting is spilling over with dozens and dozens of
exciting things for girls and teens to do. From 5 year-olds
to 17 year-olds, Girl Scout activities and programs are planned
to the tee and are customized to engage girls at every age level.
From individual activities to troop level projects, council-wide
events, and national opportunities too theres a
surplus of excitement just waiting for girls to pick and choose
from. Girls can become small business owners during the annual
Girl Scout Cookie Program; they can tackle the great outdoors
at Girl Scout camps; they can become leaders in the community
by participating in Girl Scout service projectsthey can
do just about anything imaginable!
The
Girl Scout Council of the Congaree Area, Inc. recognizes girls
for their accomplishments with the Girl Scout Bronze, Silver
and Gold Awards. These awards are the highest honors a girl
can achieve in each age level. Click

Destinations is a sweet deal, too. There's someting for every girl 11 - 17. Escape for one or two weeks or a weekend getaway: rockclimbing, hiking, exploring a jungle, or enjoy arts in the city. Scholarship money is available, too!
